Hello, my name is Lou Haylock.

I’m a 4*** year old, Welsh Mam of two, and wife of one and a recent graduate of university. No-one really talks about what it’s like to reach this age - when you have to face the fact that things may not be as you thought they would, and navigating that as you try to be the best version of yourself - for your children, your partner and the world that’s watching.
